Furthermore, despite being forty years old, trapped in a stuffy cubicle 45 hours per week and raising two autistic children, I managed to get in the best shape of my life for free. I didnt need a Gym, a trainer or a diet and neither do you!

At the very least this book should keep you entertained. After reading a significant number of fitness books over the years, I found that it was difficult to read any of them from start to finish, without falling asleep. This, unfortunately, is the fate of books that fall under the genre of instructional books.

This is the first fitness book that will have to fall under the genre of comedy and entertainment as well.
